What should I do if the image is reversed?

Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: From the Home Page, tap the three-dot icon next to your camera's name to enter the Device Settings page.

Step 2: Scroll down to tap Flip Image, or for some models, select Image Settings, and then tap Flip Image.

Step 3: The image would be flipped 180 degrees if you see the message “Flipped”.

Please note that if this feature is absent from the device Settings page, it indicates that image flipping is not supported. In such cases, please try adjusting the camera's installation angle to achieve the desired orientation.
