How to add other guest account？

To add other guest accounts to the same sharing, you can follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to your EZVIZ account, tap the "Account button" in the lower right corner of the Home page.

Step 2: Tap "Family & Guests".

Step 3: Tap "the shared device" you would like to add a guest account to.

Step 4: Tap "Add Sharing" and input the guest account's email address. Please ensure that the guest has registered their EZVIZ account and that the region of the guest account matches that of the owner account.

Step 5: Select the permissions and tap "Finish". When sharing devices with others, consent is required first. Therefore, toggle the two agreements of "EZVIZ family sharing service" and "EZVIZ service agreement" on the left side and tap Agree to proceed further.

If the guest account accepts the invitation, the devices are successfully shared.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact the "EZVIZ support team" for further assistance.
